These were the most comfortable platforms I've ever owned, the moon print was truely a highlight although I knew it wouldn't last forever... then the galvanization failed 3 months into wearing them gently and now they sit looking (mostly) pristine in my corner of shame. Buy with no intention to wear or dance in and they make for fabulous paperweights.

these boots are THE BEST. sturdy and comfortable and the coolest silhouette. they are on the heavy side so i wasn’t sure how they would work out for regular use, but they have become my go-to shoes, whether i’m running an errand or planning to be out all day walking the city. BEGGING you to bring these back in red or other colors.

Omg.. I am now searching for these in every colour ever made!!! Literally hugs my foot and my ankle just right. Like John made these just for me!! The cushiest insole feels like I'm walking on the moon!! LOVE THESE!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE OTHER COLOURS!!

These were my first pair of Fluevogs, one that started the many. There's a reason why this pair let me become obsessed. They're practically perfect, and go with every fit. I will say, my pair had the stitching on the top of both boots rip. I'm waiting for them to get repaired by someone locally. Perhaps I should have gone with a bigger size to avoid this (usually a size 9, which is what I went with). Still a holy grail in my closet, I think I wore them every day for a year straight before the stitching started to come undone.

When your wardrobe is shaped around the perfect boot, you've just got to buckle down, have some instant noodles for a couple weeks, get a side hustle, and save for the boots you love. You know you're attached to a boot when you cry because the soul is cracked off completely. I love these boots to death wearing them daily for years. They were wonderful as others have said the seam ripped. That didn't bother me. The soul cracked didn't bother me aside from the squeak when it rained. But yesterday in the midst of a visit in the city far far away from home, the left boot soul became disengaged and I teetered my way back home refusing to buy a new pair. Still trying to figure out what to do but I'm devastated. These are my favorites. I can't afford a new pair but they were beautiful companions for years.

These are my favourite shoes evvverrrrr (well, the red version but these are a close second) I always get asked where I got them from whenever I wear them. The seams have sadly ripped after 3 years of wearing them almost everyday. Petition to bring back the red ones because I refuse to find another replacement

In so many ways these are the perfect boot. They're comfortable, look amazing, are deliciously snug on my feet (and yes a little tight to get on and off though not too bad). BUT after 2 years the soles are starting to split across the front part of both boots, where the seam is. It gets worse with each wear. To go along with this they're also making a very audible squawking sound when I walk thanks to the splitting. I've had other Fluevogs in the past, though not this style, and never had any issues. In fact, my cowboy boots which would have to be 18 years old at least, are still going strong. I've treated my Piccolominis really well and not worn them heaps so this is super disappointing. I was actually going to buy a second pair of these as a backup, but now I don't think so.

Huge downside - they are incredibly difficult to put on (which I could live with) but the pull tab is not properly secured and rips off which renders the boots unwearable. I tried to get them fixed but the tag ripped off even after a visit to the cobbler. Maybe if the pull tab was longer in the back (sewn further down the boot) and if there was a second tab in the front this issue could be averted. If ever they fix the pull tab I will buy them in a heartbeat! The staff at the Ottawa location was very helpful and kind as usual :)

I just purchased my 2nd pair of these boots. I wore the first pair (red) so much - and maybe a bit too carelessly - so they're not looking as good as they did a year or 2 ago. I loved these boots, wore them a few times a week for two years until the sole of one boot split right across the seam at the ball of the foot. The sole is now in almost two pieces. While I love how these boots look and felt on, I was a little disappointed - I usually get much more wear out of Fluevogs, this is my most recent purchase and the only pair I've had fall apart.

I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with these. I thought they looked fun so I asked to try them on. I was thinking that I was going to feel like I was falling off with every step. But, Holy BANANAS. These boots are not only super solid, they are insanely comfortable. I don’t feel like I’m on a platform and I don’t feel unsteady in the least. They look VERY cool with a nice close fitting top. I strongly recommend these to anyone who wants a Chelsea boot look but with a super punk feel. I’d buy these in another colors if they offered it… hint, hint.
