I’m soooo sad. I bought these shoes IN STORE. The Sales person was great, but convinced me to buy a size too small. They are beautiful, but I bought the wrong size and they will not allow me to return because it says final sale on my bill. I’m sooooo sad.

I'm picking up a second color of these because they're surprisingly comfortable to stand and walk in. My normal size is a 9 but I wear these and most fluevogs in a 10. I have a slightly higher than average arch and a long second toe.

so.... over the years i've collected this shoe in 6 different colors and i love them all. i'm a teacher so i walk around and stand a lot and this shoe is fine for a full day of that. one of my very favorite heels. i usually wear a size 8.5 (euro 39) but i size down to an 8 in these.

These shoes are gorgeous but I found the fit quite narrow and if you have higher arches it may be difficult to even get them on. Unfortunately had to return them. I ordered my normal size (9) but couldn’t even get my foot into them properly. Great sadness. Will continue rocking my other Fluevogs.

I can’t believe these shoes just BROKE after a few wears. The side just split. After paying so much for them and now they are ruined after barely wearing them, I am sad and disappointed.

I bought these shoes in size 6, which is my ‘usual’ size and was so excited when they arrived. They are beautiful! But alas, it was not to be. They were far too tight and I had to take them back. I tried another Desmond in 6.5 and they were still too tight for me. The entire Desmond mine is out of the question. A crushing disappointment.

I have these in black waxed canvas and im waiting to get the patent red. Goes with eveything, just tall enough to look classy, but not so tall that its uncomfortable. A twist on a classic with the elegant curved heel. I had the bottoms replaced with a grippier material bc the leather can be very slippery when they are brand new & smooth! Literally cannot go wrong with these, if I could only wear one heel, it would be the desmond!

I own the black ones in regular, patent, and linen, they are starting to show their age after Years of wearing them alll the time. Most comfortable and most compliments. Please bring them back, I beg you! Ok I’ll order the red ones even though that’s not my color

I saw it in the pink with black stars and thought, nope have to go back for these. The blue ones fit so well, I certainly cannot go wrong. I got back to Jamaica and they were sitting there waiting for me to try on. Beyond perfect, also things I had hanging up with nothing to make it come alive suddenly all made sense. Fluevog does that for clothes though. Which I knew how to upload my photo and show you my Desmond's in the wild. Oh and I did make clear that these are real size 12, did I?

Those of us who Vlog and are size 12 proper know that not all size 12s are indeed 12s. I almost did not do a review because there are so many on this shoe but I had to tell the size 12ers that this shoe and this line the 12s are for us. So even if this is out note to self, check out BIG PRESENCE family when new things come out.

I really really like the styling of this shoe! Unfortunately, the sizing did not work for me — my normal size 6 was at least a half size too large and a smaller is not available. I returned my initial pair of Desmonds (purchased when they were introduced some years ago), and have since tried with subsequent colours, hoping the sizing may have changed. Unfortunately for me, the size just has not worked (and I am unable to walk in heels where my foot slips out.) I would still encourage people to try out this shoe. It looks elegant when on and, I feel, would have been an easy & timeless staple to my wardrobe.

I usually wear a 10.5 in Fluevog's but bought these in a 10 and while they fit perfectly, they are just so stiff that I always get blisters, no matter how many times I wear them. I have the blue and the colour is really just so beautiful, I keep trying; I am eternally hopeful that they will give a little.
