Ordered the brown leather in 2026. They are fantastic, and quite comfortable. I imagined the calves would be more narrow, but they actually have a good bit of room in them. I got the size 9 and the circumference around the top edge of the boot measured 15”. I feel these were a good buy, and I’m pleased with the quality. I liked them so much, I went ahead and ordered the black ones last night. Would love to see these in bright yellow or candy apple red. My new favorite for comfort. Thanks!

I just received black Bond Girls - after umming and aahing about these for many years I finally took the plunge. I think I made an error - and I really should have purchased these all those years ago instead. The quality of materials is noticeably poorer compared to my older boots. Leather is thinner and feels lower and less resilient in quality, side straps are one tatty thin layer only and came bent (compared to the double layered side straps on my older boots), the buckles are lighter, more cheap in appearance and with less precision brand etching, the zips feel a little rough and lightweight and the heel is not a standard rubber I expected (though I may not have read fine details on this, it still seems odd on this style of boot). As mentioned by others, the sizing is a bit out of keeping with other Vog boots. I run between a 6 and 7, and after discussion with staff went with a 7 instead of a 7.5, but do feel my toes just touch the end of the toe box when in socks and stockings when walking (though not in bare feet - so this could be some slippage and I’ll try to troubleshoot). The calf shafts are very roomy compared to the foot. If I’d seen these in person I don’t think I’d have purchased them - even at the sale price, as to be fully honest I just do not think the quality on this model reflects appropriate value for these, even when compared to other older and current Vog boots / shoes (I have many). I don’t know why this classic has undergone such quality reduction as they are considered a classic boot that in theory should be being worn 20 years down the track. Given I’ve paid for international shipping I’ll keep them and hope they last the distance, but I wanted to leave this review here, especially for other international Voggers who may be on the fence.

I wear size 8.5 in this particular shoe family. I tried both an 8 as well as 8.5 in black and 8.5 in brown. There were all kinds of results so if you’re having fit issues and you’re close you may want to try a different pair! I decided to purchase tank girl in green and I’m not disappointed!!!

I bought the black Bond boots on sale in 2019. I loved them and wore them throughout the Fall and winter. Then the zip on the left boot came opening in the middle. The rest of the boot was fine. It’s going to cost $150 - $300 (if I need to do both boots so they match). It’s not worth it. Very disappointed.

I love love love these boots. I have 3 and when they released the brown, I almost lost my marbles. I tried on 2 pairs same size (the same size as my 3 previous pairs) and these ones fit differently. Toe box is shorter as I have toe rub on my great toe. I am a street size 9 and go up to a 10 in all my Fluevog boots as I like the extra toe space and these 10’s I have toe rub and cannot walk in them. My 10’s in my 3 other pairs are very generous and cannot feel any toe touch. The shaft is also bigger and oddly shaped (on the front (tibia) sticks out) not as sexy as my previous bond boots. I am so disappointed as I love the brown pebbled leather. I wish they would have made these in a 10.5.

I have been buying Fluevogs for 40 years, I have all three colours in the bond boots and absolutely love them, but wish in all flu hogs they can make the foot bed more user-friendly. These are hard, not easy to walk in because of the foot bed and very uncomfortable. I’ve had to modify them on every single pair and most Fluevogs that I own. If you’re gonna go into a luxury more expensive issue, you should make sure that all aspects of the shoe are fantastic not just the looks..

Asking for 25 years. could you please put boot heel to top of shaft. And secondly the height of jnside of foot grkm bottom of insole to top. Getting boots thar always cover over knees is awful. Blisters and raw back of knees. Sister hapoy. She's taller.. I havd received ONE RESPONSE IN 25 YEARS. I speak Portuguese if asking the cobbler is sn issue. 3 pairs kn radar, jn basket, but no heights for undertall beauties.

These boots are amazing - just a dream to wear. Depending on Fluevog shoe family, I wear 7.5, 8, or 8.5 -- I am 8 in the Bonds. When I first got these beauties, I was worried because getting my ankle into the footbed was tight; but once my foot was in (thank you, shoehorn!), the fit was great. And obviously, the leather is giving a little with time. These are super comfortable and look great. I feel like Wonder Woman when I wear them! This style is timeless. Two thumbs up from this Fluvogger. :)

I bought these boots at full price in Montreal. They packed them and handed them to me in the box. When I got them home to Buffalo, I found a defect in the stitching and in the seam trimming. I brought them to a cobbler who could fix the stitching, but the seam trimming, which goes into the stitching can't be fixed. Fluevog initially told me to take them to Boston -- 7 hours to return pricy boots, broken out of the box. That is crazy. Then they told me to go get them fixed myself and they would reimburse me. So, I took time off work to do that (and for all of my many phone calls with stores). Now, I'm waiting for a mailer, and will have to take more time off work or from my weekend to send them to NYC. They will evaluate and either fix or send me new boots.... in about 2 weeks total. I've asked for a discount as this has taken an incredible amount of my time and this is a very pricey purchase. They won't give a discount or in any way compensate me for my troubles. Brand new boots -- can't be worn and have taken up a few hour sof my time. NOT OK.

The suede stretches just enough that if you need a little give, you have it. They are now my favorite boots. Highly recommend.

I am a size 8 in the Nerds and a size 8.5 in these! Anubis and Monica helped me find the perfect size at the SF location. I know there were some quality complaints about the sole separating but as of right now these look like great quality, I have always had wider calves but could never fit them into knee high boots. (14.5/15 in wide). Anubis have a great tip of tipping your leg towards the sky and then zipping up. Worked like a charm. I love how these boots have a stiffer leather that doesn’t flop over. Apparently these boots will give just enough to stretch to your calf but that’s it. My favorite boots ever!
