The Winona is true to size, but we would definitely recommend using a shoe horn to ease your foot into the shoe if you have a higher instep. They have a short but wider toe box with a slightly shallow instep. The patent leather on the exterior is slightly stiffer, but the inner leather will soften and mould to your foot with wear!
