3 Measure from the base of the heel to the tip of your longest toe.

The Patty is one of two limited edition “kidney shoes” created in celebration of John’s successful kidney transplant in April 2025, and our way of raising awareness for donors and patients. Named after John’s own kidney donor, Patty, these Firefly slingback heels feature a triple-strap design inspired by the kidney structure itself, metal buckles, and a beautiful, rich burgundy upper. This shoe has three adjustable straps and runs generally small. Those who have narrow or low-volume feet should get their normal shoe size. Those who have wide or high-volume feet should size up a half-size. For particularly wide feet, a whole size up is advised.
