Inspired by several Vintage Vogs from times past, The F-Shoes Hi Asta is a slip-on platform shoe with plenty of attitude. Hidden elastic under their t-strap makes getting in and out of them a breeze while a flared tongue and custom Angel buckle help to accentuate their classic Fluevog characteristics.

It was no where near the website's neon color. Mine were a sedate pistachio or pasteI or wasabi - not the packed with a color punch I was expecting. Still a beautiful shoe, as Fluevogs go. They ALL are. I tried to address it with 3 stores but nobody really acknowledged my experience. I know I can order another pair, but do I really want to 'prove' mine is a different color by doing that? That would make me a bit of a weirdo. Lol.

I grabbed the Asta in the "furry" green. These have completely blown past my expectations. Whoever it was at Fluevog that designed these... please raise your hand so I can send you some chocolates!

I'm in love with these Astas!

I'm a street 8 with wide ball of foot, short toes, skinny heels, and normal instep. I went with size 8.5 because of width. They feel AMAZING in the width department. They are slightly slippy in the heel when I walk (most low profile shoes do this to me because my heels are so skinny, so that was expected). SFO included those padded heel grips. I put one behind and still had slight heel slippage and it made me feel like I had an angel's kiss worth of toe touch. So I put the pad under the tongue, so on top of my foot, and that feels better. Pushes my foot back some. Still have slight slippage. I added a thin Dr Scholls full insert and some socks, plus the pad under the tongue, and that solved the problem. A little effort in getting the right set up, but these shoes are that great that I would have glued my heels in if I had to! Haha

Before I even put them on my feet, they jumped into my top 5 Fluevogs as soon as they came out of the box!!!! I absolutely cannot wait for the little hairs to get more messed up and unruly, just like me!! They'll be even BETTER!!
