A customer and staff favourite, this iconic 1990s heritage line brings back the repairability and timeless style so many Fluevogers began their journey with. With a more durable, updated sole construction and improved comfort and fit, we’ve breathed new life into the Original Angels.
Lovingly crafted by Angels
The new Original Angels combine everything we love about the '90s classics with even more heavenly craftsmanship. The new Original Angelic Sole is a blend of 50% natural tree latex for signature cushion and bounce, with 50% rubber for long-lasting durability. The updated design features a slightly rounder, bumpier toe shape that offers extra volume and comfortability.
Handmade by master shoemakers in Vietnam, every pair showcases rich, hand-painted leather finishes that ensure no two shoes are identical. We've also returned to the iconic Goodyear welting, a hallmark of traditional shoemaking and one of the most durable and repairable methods of shoe construction.
What makes the Original Angels so special isn’t only their unmistakable style. It’s their ability to age beautifully. Over years of wear, they develop character and patina, and when the heels or soles eventually wear down, you can bring them back to your local Fluevog store to have them repaired and given a second (or third) life.
